Cookology CIT901 Flexi-Zone Induction Hob

Cookology have developer this brand new 90cm induction hob with Schott Ceran glass and packed it full of features to really raise the standard of your kitchen.

The 90cm width allows for 5 Induction zones that are generously spaced apart so your pots and pans aren't bashing into eachother, which is ideal if you have a large family or like entertaining - plus the stylish design is sure to impress and will be a stunning focal point in your kitchen especially with one of our Cookology extractors.

You get 5 zones and the two left and right zones can be used as a combined zone for more power and larger pans.

Induction Cooking

Being an Induction Hob means that the CIT901 uses induction motors instead of traditional elements (like a kettle). All this simply means is that when you place a metal, induction ready pan on the surface of the glass, the induction motor will heat up the metal in the pan directly without wasting the energy & time is takes to heat up a normal hob element and then the glass or plate surface of the hob.

Because the Heat is not trapped in the glass or element, cooking with an Induction Hob is as responsive as cooking with gas! The pan heats up almost instantly and crucially, when you turn the power down, the drop in heat is instant - giving you more finesse and versatility when cooking. The only thing to watch out for is that your pan must be iron based or "Induction compatible" - if a Fridge Magnet sticks to the base of your pan, it should be fine.

Easy cleaning

The CIT901 is a Touch Control Hob, which means it lies completely flat and can be kept spotlessly clean with a simple wipe or by using a hob scraper. This keeps your kitchen looking organised and hygienic with minimal effort.

Slider & Touch Controls

Touch Controls also give this Hob a fantastic array of easy to use, intuitive functions that are ergonomically designed to help you take cooking to the next level so you can deliver fantastic, delicious & reliable results in the kitchen to your friends and family.

The slider control makes quickly turning the temperature/power level quick and instant, giving you the control you need when cooking and helping rescue many a dish from over cooking.

The hob timer helps you stay in control when juggling lots of different pots and pans, giving you the confidence to try more adventurous meals - instead of burnt, overcooked or undercooked food that doesn't taste all that great and is potentially dangerous.

You get 9 Power Levels (many Hobs only come with 6), giving you greater control over cooking temperature.

This 90cm induction hob also comes with some great safety features such as a Child Lock, Residual Heat Indicator (showing you if the Hob is hot) and an Automatic Safety Switch Off - making this hob great for young families as well as vunerable people.

Cookology 90cm Downdraft Kitchen Cooker Hood Extractor Fan - includes Motor

The CDD900BK is a Sleek, Cutting Edge Downdraft Extractor, it will only work with electric hobs and cannot be installed next to gas hobs. The ACF905 carbon filter is now available (sold separately), so you now have a choice between venting outside or recirculating the air back into your kitchen.

This hood is sure to impress your guests with its gorgeous design, high quality build and professional performance.

A Downdraft Cooker Hood gets built into your Kitchen counter. When its not being used, all you see is a flat, elegant strip of Black glass with Touch Controls that looks great next to a Black Ceramic or Induction Hob.

When holding your finger for 2 seconds on the touch controls, the Downdraft elegantly rises up, and starts extracting smoke and smells to keep your kitchen smelling fresh and prevent grease and grime from Building up over your units whilst cooking.

The CDD900BK also benefits from the LED Lighting that bathes your cooking area in a cool, white light, adding a touch of class to a modern kitchen - with this Downdraft Island Extractor you can also adjust the intensity of the LED Lights using the touch controls and create the right ambience in your kitchen.

This 90cm Downdraft Hood comes with a cut-off timer, 4 speeds and an aluminium grease filter that is easily removed for cleaning.

The Timer is also programmable, allowing you to select between 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 minutes - when the timer is done, the hood switches off the lights, stops extracting and gently lowers itself into your kitchen counter.

Installation: The positioning of the motor housing can be altered to change the direction of the air outlet. You can also change which side of the Downdraft the motor is attached to.
