We have recently moved to Haverhill, Suffolk and hope to build a new state of the art Showroom soon, featuring the UK's best loved Appliance Brands.

How secure are my credit/debit card details?

We use Amazon, PayPal or SagePay for all Payments made Online or over the phone - these are the most secure methods online and we never store your Card information!

I am looking for a particular product that is not listed on your website?

If you do not see something on our website contact us and we will see if we can supply the product or offer you a similar alternative.

I have found the product I want to buy cheaper somewhere else

Please contact us over the phone or via email & we will try our very best to beat it like for like - however we can only try to beat prices if the retailer has the item in stock and is a reputable company - i.e. they have lots of online reviews.

How long will delivery take on my order?

Large Appliances such as Ovens, Fridges and Cookers are delivered in 3-5 days with a 2 Man Delivery service. The logistics company will contact you themselves to make all the arrangements.

For Small Items such as Hobs, Hoods, Instant Hot Taps and Waste Disposers, you can choose your delivery date using the Calendar in the Check-out.

What will delivery of my item(s) cost me?

Delivery is free to UK Mainland on all items, however you can pay for next working day delivery if you order before 12:00pm

Are my goods guaranteed?

All of the products we sell are under warranty or guarantee from the manufactures for at least 1 year. Certain manufacturers will have a longer warranty of up to 5 years and these will have to be registered directly with the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.

How do I report a problem with the online shop?

Please let us know via email [email protected] or phone - 01279 50 4466 and if possible make a note of the browser you are using (Chrome, Firefox etc) and your Operating System (Windows, Apple or even what tablet)

How do I return something?

If for any reason you no longer want the item you have purchased please return it to us in the original box in an unused & unopened condition with everything intact inside the box and let us know within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel via Email: [email protected]

What do I do if my items are damaged in transit?

All damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. If damage is noticed upon delivery please reject the item and send it back with the courier.

Do you take my old appliances away & install the new one?

The service we offer is delivery only on the new appliance.
