All tastecards must be activated by the 31st December 2017.

We reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time, and for any reason.
We reserve the right to withdraw and deactivate any tastecard should it be found that you are not adhering to these terms and conditions.
No cash alternatives will be given.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by giving you notice by posting the amended terms and conditions on our site. However, please note that you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you activated a tastecard from us, unless any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
By activating your a tastecard through the tastecard website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.

Your tastecard+ membership will expire 12 months from the date of activation and will not be subject to automatic renewal by tastecard.
Your tastecard agreement is between yourself and taste card Montpellier will not be liable if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
